the wings at pizza port are pretty goddamn excellent as well. they are not life-changing like alpine beer co’s smoked wings, but they do the job.

i actually had pizza port’s wings that night… while they didn’t change my life, i did eat more wings than meet extreme meat pizza. (who knew there was such a thing as too much meat?)
you’ve mentioned these smoked wings to me before. must be worth the trek to alpine! i’ll have to make my way east the next time i’m in town.

i’ve always been in the boat of ‘little to medium meat is just right’, but what do i know? as far as wings in new york go, any run of the mill place that sells wings blew my mind. they really do take care of businesss over there.
